I agree that this is a Barbie clone and a pretty one at that. She’s not a Mattel doll, even though her head is marked that way – the Premium Some Girls Play With Dolls Real Girls Do Judo Shirt company that made this doll just made a copy of a real Barbie head, and manufacturers of clones don’t necessarily always bother taking the original company’s name and trademarks off. She’s Barbie’s clone produced around 2000. There were so many of them produced that it’s hard to find the exact one unless it was made by a big company. “Teen Betty” was a popular 90s clone doll but it’s supposed to have “tong” marking and your doll looks quite different. Thanks a lot! I’m trying to find this exact doll, I remember it was dressed in a golden, simple, short dress and had some simple pink shoes. But thanks for the information!

Was it a gift or were you at the Premium Some Girls Play With Dolls Real Girls Do Judo Shirt store and picked her out when you got her? What are her earrings shape? She’s not a Betty doll though. Asian manufacturers stole Barbie and other doll company’s parts to make their own hybrid clones. So the body can be Betty but the doll itself is a knock off. This is such a pretty paint job! She would look so lovely in a lolita cord. Thank you! I was thinking the same. I’d love to find a gem themed lolita outfit for her. The company sucks, and a lot of parents don’t like how inappropriate they dress. The larger dolls are wearing thongs. (Or at least have them painted on. There’s a ton of painting errors and factory errors, no quality control.

I do feel they’re highly sexualized too, and that’s maybe not appropriate for a young kid trying to figure out what they find attractive or what they want to look like. But I’m not about to Premium Some Girls Play With Dolls Real Girls Do Judo Shirt hate on people or kids who enjoy them! The reusable packaging as a set piece is brilliant. I’d love to see more cardboard or recyclable/reusable plastic packaging in dolls, in general. I recently flipped sides when it comes to LOL dolls. The eyes are still creepy, but they don’t bother me as much as they used to. I cannot get over how well-done the “furniture” series is in particular with its brilliant box-is-a-playset packaging. So much less waste there than with the usual balls! I love your collection, and I also have Angles and Queen Bee.
